  • My child is currently enrolled in a charter school. Are we eligible?

    Yes.

Charter schools are public schools.  The Tuition Tax Credit Scholarship program requires that children be enrolled in a public school or eligible to enroll in kindergarten or pre-K.  Thus, students attending charter schools are eligible to transfer to a private school using a Tuition Tax Credit Scholarship from a SSO.
