The following documents are provided for your convenience in forming your SSO only. Because your SSO is different from every other SSO, you will need to tailor your corporate documents to fit your situation. You should consult an attorney concerning forming your SSO, including acquiring 501(c)(3) status with the IRS and the content of any forms you intend to use.
